Warranty

Warranty conditions:

Warranty: 5 years from delivery date, respecting attached usage and maintenance instructions.
If any flaws appear, it’s very important to contact us immediately, before installing the product.

• Warranty period starts from the selling date and stands for 5 years
• During warranty period, the producer will take into consideration any complaint and will repair free of charge the occured flaw or will proceed at changing the flawed product.
• In case of repairing requests during warranty period, the buyer will send the product together with warranty certificate and the invoice to the store/shop which sold him the washbasin. The store/shop will take care that the product will be delivered to KUMA Romania.
• In case the repairing takes place, the warranty period will be extended with the number of days calculated from the complain date until reparation is finished.
• The buyer must respect installing/usage/maintenance instructions.
• The warranty reffers to the hidden flaws impossible to detect at selling time and it is not extended to the broken parts resulted from faulty transportation / manipulation / maintenance.

Warranty is considered lost in case of :

• Not presenting the invoice/receipt together with signed warranty certicate .
• Not respecting the transport/manipulation/depositing/installing recommendations below mentioned.
• Confiding the product to be repaired to unauthorised persons/companies.
• Unsealing and installing the product by unauthorised / unqualified persons.
• Finding that the flaws happened from the fault of the buyer (traces of strikes, cracks or any other damage caused by faulty usage/maintenance)

Any mistake of installation / maintenance is not Kuma's responsibility.
